Zoning

 ZONING DEPARTMENT

The zoning department is responsible for the enforcement of the Kinsley Zoning Regulations.   The City Manager is the Zoning and Floodplain Administrator and the Public Works Director is the Building Inspector.

In those instances when a property owner requests a variance from the zoning regulations that request will be heard by the Planning Commission/Board of Zoning Appeals during a Public Hearing.  Contact the City Clerk at City Hall for details on requesting a variance.
