Utilities

The City of Kinsley provides water, sewer and trash services.  A $50 non-refundable fee is charged to connect services.  If transferring services within Kinsley, the connect fee is $25.  Bills end on the 15th of the month and are mailed out by the end of the month.  Delinquent accounts are assessed a 10% penalty and service will be terminated 10 days after the penalty notice is sent.  A $10 fee ($20 after business hours) will be charged each time a utility service is turned on or off.  There is a $30 charge for returned checks, and future payments must be cash only.  For more information, call (650) 659-3611.
